What this is

A hand-made heat-reveal art card, A6 postcard size. Cold, you see Lumen from behind: an android walking the midnight ruins, the faint glow of her suit tracing lines through the dark. Over the artwork sits a thermochromic layer, a black coating that fades to clear wherever warmth touches it. Her systems run dormant in the cold. Your body heat is the access key.

How to reveal

1. Rest the card flat on your open palm, or press a thumb where you're curious.
2. Hold still. Let your warmth sink in for a few seconds.
3. Watch the shadows retreat. The hidden layer appears wherever your heat lands.
4. As the card cools, her systems shut back down and the night closes in, until the next warm hand.
